Our Pack will need two trained adult volunteers each day of the week in order for us to be permitted to send any Scouts.

WEBELOS Camporee

April 8 – 10
Van Hoy Farms
Harmony, NC

A WEBELOS requirement is to attend at least one event with the Troop before advancing at the Blue & Gold banquet during their 5th Grade year. There are only 2 Camporees offered – one in the spring, and one in the fall.

Check-in time is 5:00pm if coming on Friday, and 9:15am if arriving on Saturday.

The costs for this trip are still being worked out, but will likely be $15 for Scouts and Scout Leaders, which will cover patches, ribbons, supplies, insurance and food.  $20 for non-leader adults.

You will need both full Class A and Class B uniforms, and closed-toe shoes/boots.  If you are coming Saturday morning, please plan on eating breakfast before arrival, and pack a lunch for Saturday.  We will have dinner Saturday and breakfast Sunday with the troop.

This should be a scout/parent only adventure, if possible.  However; if siblings need to come along it’s ok.  Each scout must fill out part A and B of the health form before arriving at the campsite.  A doctor’s signature is not required for this event.  The forms will be collected and kept together for inspection.
